The living room has new, plush and comfy furnishings and the stone (gas) fireplace makes things even cozier. The fireplace can be seen from the glassed-in king bedroom upstairs. The living area is well equipped with a CD/DVD Home Theatre System.

A nicely sized balcony just off the living room is the perfect place to sit in the sun after a long day of skiing. And you don't have to lug your skis to the unit, there's a ski locker on the ground floor. Don't worry about running out of hot water either, there's a new 80 gallon hot water heater

A breakfast bar with seating for three separates the kitchen from the living room and there's a separate dining area that seats up to 6. The condo is comfortably roomy for 6 people and no more than 8 are allowed. The sofa has a queen sleeper. Also, no children under 6, no pets and no smoking are allowed.
